William Scott was a British painter known as a one of the pioneers of abstraction in the British art world. He exhibited alongside Ben Nicholson and Patrick Heron.

Scott was an abstract painter and favoured working on still life, nudes and landscapes, using a modern European lyricism throughout his work.

William Scott did work with prints, but he favoured working with oil on canvas and gouache on paper. We are very pleased to offer, for sale a collection of William Scott’s original artwork on paper. He is a firm favourite with collectors.
