MAVO

Mavo is a black & grey realism Artist from Manchester, UK. Her humble beginnings as a street artist aged 19 paved the way for the artwork she creates today. Her signature style is statue-esque, gritty, multi layered portraiture. 

Completely self taught, she credits her realism painting skills to her ability to hyper focus on detail, this naturally led to a career in tattooing. Mavo’s city centre studio is a thriving hub of realism artwork, on skin and on canvas.  

Social media was the catalyst for her art career skyrocketing, landing her first solo exhibition in Los Angeles in December 2022.
