Keith Haring

Keith Haring was an American graffiti artist and social activist. His work was bold, political and served as a vehicle for his political activism.

Haring immersed himself in the New York City’s graffiti culture. By the mid-1980s, he had befriended artists Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat, and collaborated with celebrities like the singer Grace Jones.
